• Email Address: Used for account creation and authentication.
• Chat History: Saved so you can continue your conversations.
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

2. Guest Data

For unauthenticated "Guest" users, chat history is stored with an anonymous identifier. Guest chats are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

3. Data Processing & Legal Basis

Your messages are processed by our backend infrastructure to generate AI responses. We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• Contract Performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To provide the chat service you requested.
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To ensure the security and stability of our systems.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where you have explicitly granted permission (e.g., for optional features).

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential functional cookies and browser Local Storage to maintain your session and save your legal consent preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.

You can delete your account and all associated chat history at any time from your account settings.
